You came to me In my last dream
I woke up feeling like your king
So I wrote to you
I’d like to think that dreams comes true
The moment you believe they do
Oh they will for you
Oooooo no no no no no
Maybe I’m the lucky boy who gets
Premonitions of a long love suspect
Baby I’m just glad you came around
You came to me in my dreams
My misplaced childhood fantasies
They came true
Because of you
Heyyya hey
I fell in love while deep in sleep
I saw your face replacing sheep
I woke up in love
Oooooo no no no no no
Maybe I’m the lucky boy
Who gets premonitions of a long love suspect
Maybe I’m just glad you came around
You came to me in my dreams
My misplaced childhood fantasies
They came true
Because of you
I don't cry often. Besides the film "Dear Zachary," I Won't Kill You by Hether is the only piece of media I've found that makes me cry every time I engage with it.
It's the only song I've found that touches my soul in that way. It presses in on that sharp little needle that lives in my chest that's been there for so long that I can't remember when it wasn't.
Sadness comes in many shapes and colors, and often times we listen to sad music to try and feel a sort of validation. This is mine. Parker Louison
A truly stunning album that mentally transports you to foggy early morning streets, the pavement wet from recent rains. Dreary, but in a comforting way. Like sitting next to a window during a rainstorm, listening to the drops hit the glass while remaining warm. Never fails to make me feel safe. Crow Yo
